Little Drummer Boy

Just spending sometime at the Expressway Family Centre and caught Lachlan playing the drums. It was too cute that I couldn't pass the photo opportunity.

And then there's Lachlan...

His brilliant little minds amazes me and also make me laugh at the "smart" things he does. This one was caught today and I couldn't resist attemping to photograph it. He's a quick little guy so unfortunately this was the best shot I got. He put his toy in his mouth and then took off to his next destination. Smarty-pants : )

And he's a little do-it-yourself-er. His independence has me enjoying watching him grow. Here's a couple of pics of him almost pulling himself up on Preston's table. He has pulled himself up once so far (last Thursday), but I was unable to get my camera in time (I've got to start wearing it like jewelry and keep it with me always)

My funny kids....

We moved Preston's McQueen table and stool a couple weeks back because he just didn't seem to use it (and he needed a place to sit while watching tv since I moved Daddy's chair). He has been playing with it more and more as time goes on sitting at it, eating snacks on it, lying on it, coloring on it, but I never would have guessed he'd like it enough to SLEEP on it LOL! It was such a surprise to see him crashed out on his table. I couldn't help but laugh and then go find my camera before taking him up to his bed for a nap. What a goof ball : )
