Belly pics : )

So I'm realizing that this could be the last time that I'm pregnant and although I have enjoyed it so far I haven't really recorded anything for this baby. I've had dreams about delivery 3 times so far and each one is completely different (which I hadn't for either boys) it must be because of the fight I'm having for a VBAC. Also, this baby flutters A LOT. I'll be sitting down for lunch, updating my blog, just want to relax on the couch with the boys in the evening and I'm constantly being fluttered. I love it, but we're still working on seeing if Marc can feel the baby because usually when I can start to feel it so can he, but Lachlan hid on Marc all the time and this babe is doing a little of the same LOL! It's slowly coming out of it's shell, but it could be a while : )

Any who, I thought I should share a couple of pics of the baby bump so far.

No rest for the wicked...

Well it's official. Things have just gotten a little bit busier out here. Lachlan has mastered the stairs. He officially climbed them all for the first time on the 17th while I was running in and out of the house to cook supper on the BBQ. It was hilarious my reaction when Preston came and told me Lachlan was climbing the stairs I looked over the banister and he was half way up. So I thought to myself "Crap! Do I run for the camera or just hurry downstairs without scaring him and get behind him in case he falls?" The fall idea took over so I missed the first official shot I have of him climbing the stairs. He had attempted to climb a week and a half ago and fell down one step but then didn't do it for a while so I thought "Whew! A little more time before he's walking by himself." On top of all this he has decided to walk along the furniture as well so it looks like he's going to beat Preston in the time it took him to walk. Oh well, we all do things in our own time : )

Just one for today

After our walk to the post office this afternoon we stayed outside for a little while and since Mom had a shovel in her hands (to clean up some left over garbage that had been torn out of our garbage bags last week, darn cats!), well Preston needed to use his shovel too. I missed the shot where he dumped the snow on his head (don't worry, he was just shoveling regular snow not the garbage that I was) but I had to take a picture of the snow pile on his head. It was too funny!

My little readers

This was priceless : ) While I was getting lunch ready today the boys came out of Preston's room with a couple of books and sat down in the kitchen for a little reading time before it was time to eat. I couldn't help but take a photo...or two or three LOL! Remember, you can't scrapbook if you have no photos (well okay you can, but some memories are worth more if you have a picture to go with it).

Tunnel time at the Family Centre

This was so much fun! Preston even convinced Lachlan to go through the tunnels until there was a few too many travelling around in them. Before that happened I was able to get a few pics so I can scrapbook them someday. But for now, I'll be happy to just share the photos with my readers.

Snack time...

Preston loves to sit at his Lightning McQueen table and watch a movie while eating a cookie for a snack in the afternoon. It's his quiet time before his nap.

Just another foggy day...

but I had to take a picture of the icicles hanging from our house. They reminded me of a cactus in winter.

And then just a pic of our usual trip to Oxbow going through the valley while there's still some snow on the ground.

This has been the view around our little town for a few weeks now. I love the look that the frost gives the trees in our area. It's just beautiful : )

My little caged monkey...

Okay so Lachlan is fully on the move now and since this time around we have stairs in our home to worry about we had to get a gate. I feel so much better now that it's installed : ) Especially since this week he's decided to start climbing up on everything (must be getting ready to run or something LOL!). I caught him here climbing on the gate for the first time so of course had to take some March 1st pictures.
