Snack time...

Preston loves to sit at his Lightning McQueen table and watch a movie while eating a cookie for a snack in the afternoon. It's his quiet time before his nap.

Just another foggy day...

but I had to take a picture of the icicles hanging from our house. They reminded me of a cactus in winter.


And then just a pic of our usual trip to Oxbow going through the valley while there's still some snow on the ground.

This has been the view around our little town for a few weeks now. I love the look that the frost gives the trees in our area. It's just beautiful : )

My little caged monkey...

Okay so Lachlan is fully on the move now and since this time around we have stairs in our home to worry about we had to get a gate. I feel so much better now that it's installed : ) Especially since this week he's decided to start climbing up on everything (must be getting ready to run or something LOL!). I caught him here climbing on the gate for the first time so of course had to take some March 1st pictures.

Little Drummer Boy

Just spending sometime at the Expressway Family Centre and caught Lachlan playing the drums. It was too cute that I couldn't pass the photo opportunity.

And then there's Lachlan...

His brilliant little minds amazes me and also make me laugh at the "smart" things he does. This one was caught today and I couldn't resist attemping to photograph it. He's a quick little guy so unfortunately this was the best shot I got. He put his toy in his mouth and then took off to his next destination. Smarty-pants : )

And he's a little do-it-yourself-er. His independence has me enjoying watching him grow. Here's a couple of pics of him almost pulling himself up on Preston's table. He has pulled himself up once so far (last Thursday), but I was unable to get my camera in time (I've got to start wearing it like jewelry and keep it with me always)
